INNER/OUTER COTTON TREES Cotton trees is undoudtedly the highest quality wave in Liberia. If you've seen epic footage from Liberia, it was most likely cotton trees. It consists of inner and outer points that can work individually or together at different swells and tides. These points have changed dramatically over the last couple of years.
